05 CR white smoke popping problem

no it only smokes on startup hot or cold. never any haze while driving. No long crank

Can u run relative compression with scan tool or check compression?

They are all within 360-368

Leaking valve seal?

It's pure white and burns the hell out of your eyes

So chances are it's pure fuel and not anything leaking other than that.
I'm not as familiar with CR's, but is there something you can check to test each injector. See if all the pulses are the same? Make sure the lower guide hasn't gotten too beat up and sticks a little bit?

So I decided to pull the injectors and have them tested. And they were all good but one was getting close for too much return so I got a new one. And also one of the injectors looked like it was not sealing all the way. So new coppers and put it all together and no more smoke and sounds a lot better
