05 Fuel Supply Line Questions

On a 05 LLY what line on the frame rail is the fuel supply line?? It is looking like the small one is the return and it goes through a fuel cooler. Correct me if i am wrong.

Putting a PPE lift pump on one. I thought they cooled the fuel going back to the tank but was not for sure.
