I am down to mostly just the engine for the part out. Here is what I have for it being pieces out:

Carrillo Rods: $2,100
Monotherm pistons(.020) - $2,500
Haisley cast cam - $500
Hamilton pushrods - $250
Port and polished head(shelf milled off/103# valve springs/titanium keepers -$2,500 head is o-ringed
ZZfab side draft - $900
Electric water pump - $150
Crank -$500
Block - $750
Kennys 5/8 Girdle - $900
ARP 625 Head studs - $750
Fuel rail and all lines - $200
CP3 - $200
Alternator $100
Valve Cover - $50
Flex plate $100
Front housing and cover $150
Trans adapter - $150
 
I'll take the 625's and the valve cover with bolts I hope!

Who did the head work? Does the zzfab have provisions for a 6.7 rail?

Stockguy61 and Dangerous06 I will get ahold of you guys in the morning.

The head was done by Nyes performance in Indiana. I will have to check regarding the 6.7 rail provisions on the intake.

Yes I do. I don't know the mileage, but I would say 100,000+
It is the large intermediate cam. It says it's a 234/254
