06 issues

Did an injector change and it will not start. I have done the usual retorques and no change. I have hp tuners and it's showing I'm getting fuel. I checked for power at the injectors everything seems to check out. What might I be missing? I've changed my 05 injectors at least a dozen times and have yet to have them not work after a retorque.
This has got me flustered any help would be greatly appreciated.

They were used from a running engine but who knows what I did in between. My luck lately hasn't been to hot.

Sounds like @Snedge needs to build you a Saturday night Coors Special set of injectors.
