08 Dodge land speed effort.

Nice to meet you and Kit on the salt this year, along with all the tech tips. Hope the trip home went well.
 
I have a tire question. Dunlop set a standard production tire speed record of 241 mph on sp sport 7000d tires in the spirit of Dunlop car. The speed rating is (99Y) "in excess of 186 mph". Can these tires be used up to 240 mph?
