08 F350 headlight bulbs - whats best ?

Hey , other than going to HID ( cost because its my work truck and out of my pocket ) whats the best replacement bulb ? Tried MTEC ( Ebay ) , must have been knockoffs because when I twisted them in , the mounting tabs on BOTH bulbs broke off. What about Piaa vs Silverstar ?

I love my silverstars on my 03 King Ranch. It was a night and day difference from oem. Even put them in my driving lights so they all match. Hope this helps even if its not a 08.

Bulbs are H13 and H10 for fog. Can't get the Silverstar Ultra in H13 and can't seem to find any H10. Have the Ultras in my 03 and they are nice.
