110 valve spring install problem

So today I started installing my head after having my 110 valve springs installed . As I was doing the install I noticed the motor would only turn over so far and stop. I backed the valve adjustments off but not all the way . Only thing different is springs . I put all hardware back in its exact location 1-6 . I'm just a little stumped as to what gives . I took all the rocker back off and motor turned over fine . Anyone have any suggestions?

Assuming you did put all the rockers back in the original location, push tube not seated properly.

Yeah I took lots of picture before . I figured I'd ask some questions before I went back in the morning and started . I did notice that some of the pushrods were a little difficult to find the lifter but once in it was pretty clear . Or it see seamed pretty clear lol .
