I have a 97 12 valve currently running twins: 62/71/14 over a s475, head has 60lb springs, 12mm studs, etc.
The fuel system is a p7100 with laser cut delivery valves, DDP 140 injectors, not sure on the plate of afc position. Stock heater/filter has been deleted. Pump Was bench tested at 466cc's. It has a hellman sump to a raptor 150 fuel pump to a aeromotive filter. All fuel line is5/8" from the sump to the injection pump. Truck dynoed 580/1137 for power. I have a autometer fuel gauge plumbed into the 5/8" line right where it goes into the injection pump. At idle im seeing 18-20psi of pressure and at WOT i'm only seeing 10psi.
Is the 5/8" line to overkill? Or do the raptor 150's not put out higher pressure?
I know everyone will say use the search but I've researched and everyone has different scenarios. From what I've read I should be around 45psi or so. Can anyone send me in a direction on what to go about doing for more fuel pressure? Or anything in my current system I should check?
Thanks, Justin.
