12 Valve Individual Runner Intake Plenum Spy Photos!

Stop what you are doing now, you have a fuel inlet going into the front of the pump and that is wrong, you might have air bubbles trapped in there and that will cost you huge HP numbers or a rod might come flying out of the motor.

Jim

Could be his return Jim:poke::poke:

Chris:hehe: :hehe: :hehe:

Help me out there, I am having trouble figuring this out. Isn't there just a plug there?

see i get these crazy ideas...if someday I ever cut the intake off a head to port it and go with custom plenum, i will go ahead and order a A/W IC core, and have the core tied directly to the plenum. Me thinks it will fit and work with a cowl induction hood for clearance

Oh?

Should I change that line to the return and feed the pump from the old return port?

Some people say that the pump is designed to feed from the sides, to help plunger fill or something like that. Others say it's hogwash.

Me personally, I plan on running the inlets on the side ports, and return through the front...just because I want to I guess!

Sorry guys I just had to rub a little.....for the record I run an inlet in the rear and front, return is in the stock port.

Jim

that looks about exactly what mine looked like that I built. They work pretty well

But everyone knows...what Jim Fulmer says......GOs!!!! :bow:

LOL

I love the intake looks good, but what are the benfits of having and individual runner intake.
Jake

I agree. Ever notice how more times than not the #1 plunger fails first? It receives the lowest pressure and highest temperature fuel if fed from the rear only.

I've not failed a plunger that I know of...
