You can get one already pressure checked for 200 shipped on flea bay. Just so you know bud.
 
And the eBay ones will be junk soon after. I'd say your a little high but can't compare to eBay jap crap.
 
Mine was a Cummins head from Arkansas. Sent it to do diesel in Indiana. No problem in a year of beatings.
 
The last 12v head I sold, "might have been too cheap" went for $230 shipped. Shipping was nearly $100!

Price really depends on who needs one, how quickly, and what other options are out there. With genuine used Cummins heads for sale on ebay for $200, it's difficult to move these used 12v heads. That's why I'm sitting on (2) more, I'd rather have a back-up head than $100 in the bank....
 
$100 to ship how did you ship it freight? You can ship them standard UPS ground. I shipped one last summer Michigan to Texas for $47
