12VAnthony's 97 Build Thread

Little update:

Waiting on Seth to get his shop going to get my pump sent in.

Motor is going to the machine shop tomorrow. She's getting inspected, honed, balanced, cam journal machined for bearings, and painted a color I'm not sure of yet.

Head is getting a CNC port job and 3 angle valve job.

Can't wait to get it back!
 
Researching a bit on intercoolers, thinking on going with HTT, seems like a quality unit and ya can't beat the price vs the competition. Anyone have any suggestions or think this is a good way to go?
 
Slow going, just order a HTT intercooler and griffin radiator with an aluminum shroud and electric fans. Also a fleece performance coolant bypass. Getting ansy, she might be done by the time the snow flies lol

I let Ben Riemersa at C-Tech Performance surprise me with the paint. I'm definitely not disappointed.

Once I get it dropped in I'm gonna take it over to HSP Diesel to get the plumbing fabbed up and fuel lines bent up.

:hehe: it doesn't have to be that pontiac blue! a fresh coat of black would work just fine!
 
Painted pumps are lame Jacob get over it. All of us cool kids strip them down.
