Robbins Built 71/83/17 has billet compressor wheel, exhaust housing has been machined to fit hx40dp, and slotted to fit stock manifold(t-3) has 2 hooks on it $700

Is that turbo S400 based? And 71mm is bigger then 2.6 so is it custom wheel or cover or is it 2.8?
