19.5" dual wheels on srw D80?

I have been wanting to convert my truck to drw for a while now, was planning on using arrowcraft conversion. But I have stumbled upon 4 19.5" tire/wheels that are nearly new for $400. Was wondering if anyone knew what it'd take to put these on my truck? I know a regular 16" bud wheel will hit the brake drum before seating now, and I'm pretty sure the lugs are bigger the srw lugs. Think these wheels are off a GM cab and chassis if that matters.

you will have to get the center machined out. the chevy has a smaller center bore.

On the regular 16" wheels yes, but from the pictures, these 19.5" wheels look to have a much larger center. But even if they do need machined, would there be anything else I'd have to do?
