1971 IH Travelette DTA466 swap

Got all the metal back from blast. The hoods need work, doors are all good but one little hole that needs a patch, inner fenders and fenders are perfect. Got a hood coming to me from Oregon, picking up at nationals. Thinking these are good hoods for someone that's just using the truck on a farm, or isn't getting crazy with body work.

Cut the latch mount area out to swap and use the old style. That was not easy to cut perfect metal, but the plasma cutter made quick and easy work.

Even spot welded everywhere the old gate split.

Fixed a little hole in one door. Then got the tailgate back.

Looks really good!
I'm working on something similar, I put a DT466 in a 1995 f350. Looks like I started just about the same time as you, but my project only moves at the speed my budget allows. I just put a few pictures up a couple days ago.
