VERY VERY little bondo. Truck was a very mint 95 with 125,000 km's (78,000 miles) when my brother picked it up. Had hit a deer and buggered up the grill and hood and the stock bumper. Had a hood sitting around from when he put the cowl on his DD and he builds custom bumpers so he put one of those on and just a cheap ebay grill. The only real bondo area was from when we shaved the tailgate (its not the actual tailgate but a piece of 16guage bent up) and welded to the bed sides.needed a big of filler just to smooth it out. I did all the body work, no panels where rusted out or anything and we epoxy primed it black and then did a single stage flat black over that (wanted that steathly look)

do u still have the truck. interested in it. what class were u goin to set the truck up for

setup for a 3.0 class. Didn't need the unlimited drivetrain here but if someone is wanting just the roller I can swap out the D80 for a F106 if they want.

Only thing left now guys! someone must want a mint long wheelbase rolling chassis to start there next build with! Just think, no dirty hands! just put all the new clean stuff back on!!!

thanks Heath- trying to get it moving....kind of slow right now but am sure once someone see's it, it will be gone. Marc has managed to sell everything else from it but the 5-speed.
