1996 Dodge 12v 2 wheel drive 5 speed

Is it ok to drive with coolant comming out the side of the block? I mean i think it would make it if it does not get worse.
 
Well I will get some pictures, and for it to really be worth it, we would need to meet halfway(springfield illinois). The car will make it no problem.
 
Got a 99 Dodge Neon with 124k on it, Runs perfect and gets 29-30mpg, lots of new maintnance parts.
