around what kind of hp would that motor have would a good charger on it? im not a 12V guru
 
will the head meet this rule?

OEM cylinder heads with no cutting or welding or moving of ports are required. Porting is allowed as long as the head has not been modified to do so.
 
yes it will meet thta rule with ease.

and with a good 2.6 charger 700+ 2.8 charger 800+

It's a drop in, so no valve relief. If you want more info on the cam, send me a PM, and I will put you in touch with the guy who designed it.
