ok i got a problem with this truck, truck runs great,no missing , stumbling, or anything unusual. but when it sits over night it is a beast to start (like all the fuel ran back to the tank) you have to bleed it to get it to start. replaced the rubber return line off the inj pump, fuel lift pump, hose goin from lift pump to fuel heater, and fuel heater screen and seal. any other suggestions?

How was the fuel heater itself, was there any cracking or burnt element? I would also double check the fuel filter o-ring and ensure all the stuff you replaced is as it should be.

i had a similar problem and ended up putting a holly blue in line, well that found the leak in the lift pump hose..
sounds like the overflow valve to me.

didnt find any leaks at the tank.. you mean the check valve on the return line that screws into the inj pump ?

Thats the one. Tork Tek sells an adjustable one that allows you to set the fuel pressure. Runs about 50 bucks I think.

they come pre set to 30-32psi i believe too, so its a bolt in part that you dont really have to adjust right off the bat. just ordered another one for a guys truck im working on... p pumps dont like 4psi of fuel pressure for some reasonLOL
