What is the condition of the A/C lines and accumulator?

The accumulator and the line from the compressor are in in good shape. The other line looks like someone tried to fix it before. It has some heat reflective tape around two spots and some black rubbery stuff under it. Doesn't look like something the factory did.

They are located in northern WI.
 
Still have the Edge. Not sure how old the Fass pump is because it was on the truck when I bought it in 08.
