2001 dodge 2.6 truck!!!

Actualy i went up against one of the baddest 2.6 trucks in the country! A few times!
 
I think your truck is one of the best looking 2nd gen trucks out there. I can't believe how a for sale ad turned into a vp vs. p-pump war. Funny stuff! LOL

2 words Anthony ReamsLOL There was this certain blue truck that Anthony kept saying was gonna lay it to us all this year that had a hart's pump I always seen him about 20ft back from my CR truck that I drive on the street everyday:woohoo:

Harts pump? What the heck are you smokin? You mean the truck that was stuck pulling in 3rd low all year because of the gearing in his truck he didn't get changed? That trucks got outdated injectors and turbo and you still won't beat it bud. Anyhow, best of luck on the sale man. Honestly I hope you can't sell it so it stays around. Sweet truck.
 
Think he was talking about me Antonio! And i hope he does get his inj's and gearing and blah blah changed! Excuses are like butt holes remember??? All he had to do was bump up to 4th??? Tory pulled 5th low and had no problem staying on top of it? Dont tell me he cant pull in a direct gear with a bad arse scheid 13mm??? Or is that what your saying?

Keep the same old ppump crap in another thread we have all heard it a million times!

2nd brad Hoddler 301
3rd me 298
4th my brother 286

The truck anythony is talking about was around the 3:30 mark

Ok when you are able to run 4th gear with 3.55's in a 5 speed let me know. Cause you got your stuff figured out for sure. And even with 4.10's he isn't running 4th with that turbo. I snuffed it out all year no matter what I did. They def will with duals on there. Except maybe on that skating rink that night. Now that you know what they ran all year you will know why that truck did what it did all year. With that said. Forget about selling your truck. Keep it around.

Someone buys my rig. I would buy your truck without a motor. Or a motor back to stock fashion to drive everyday.

I have seen 5th low pulled off alot of times in trucks with 3.55's that just have a VP!!! And your telling me big bad ppump cant do it???

Better tell him to call Hodler, he will show him how to do it!


Anyways truck is SOLD! Going back to the original owner, so it will still be around Antonio, so you better start helping him out with swapping those gears around LOL thats if youn dont want to see a VP put 50ft on one of them big bad ppumps!

If he wants to compete he will be. I dont see Shaun blowing money on pump after pump hoping and praying its finally gonna work. Glad to see the truck stick around. What you going to buy now?

Don't know his plans really? Guess we'll find out next year how the 2.6 class goes with all these CR's with stand alone units coming into the ball games .
 
HAHAHA Buy pump after pump after pump??? What are you talking about, apparentley you dont know nothing about the current setup or pump, I guess you will get to see next year! And im willing to put money on shaun stays with the VP!

Apparentley you need to talk to Matt a little more, the vp's were in the top 5 all year long, and were even in first quite a bit! Pretty sure Hodler was Layin it to quite a few of your all mighty ppump! You havent even seen the truck run with the new setup! The last pull truck put 20+ feet on 2nd, against some strong running trucks! But i guess we will see, and until then you can keep making excuses of why are little underpowered VP's keep beating the ppumps, only one that i wasnt able to beat was kevin, but coming up 10ft behind the top 2.6 truck in the country id say isnt that bad, and that was with the DDP's!
