Time for this to move on to a new owner.
Track around here is horrible to deal with so i never bother going.
Truck drives fine on the street but i'm always scared someone will scratch it, so i end up not taking it anywhere.
Getting married and looking to buy another house so I'm ready to part with my pride and joy

Paint is fresh out of the body shop end to end, someone keyed the truck so i payed to have the whole thing painted so it matched and looked right


2004 LB7
2006 Denali nose, everything forward of the radiator support was ordered from gm using a denali vin, stock 2500 hd radiator support
made a crossmember that stands about 3" higher than stock bumper brackets, removed stock brackets from the frame rails and welded 1500 replacement brackets
to the crossmember.

Engine: LB7 block and crank machined by Diesel Performance Research Curtis Halvorson. Crank keyed, custom ground cam by bullet racing cams spec'd by curtis
Mahle forged pistons std. bore 15.5:1 comp ratio with valve reliefs
DPR X beam rods
clevite bearings
suncoast billet flywheel
Federal LB7 heads by DPR slight port work on the exhaust and upgraded valve springs
ARP 2000 head studs
gm (c) code head gaskets
so cal billet injector clamps and studs
extrude hone 80% over injectors
PPE dual fuelers with lmm/lbz cp3's
intake air heater deleted
bd drivers side manifold

turbos:
garrett gt 4088r with .95 ceramic coated exhaust housing mounted to a fleece performance pedistal and spacer
garrett gt 4718 with 1.08 ceramic coated housing
3" ceramic coated hot pipe between turbos
3.5" charge pipe
5" downpipe to 4" mbrp cat back system
turbonetics new gen 50 mm wastegate controlled with boost
all turbo system fabrication was done by myself
stock intercooler, i fabricated the passenger side i/c pipe

cooling system:
jegs 50 gpm electric water pump
gutted and sealed factory pump so its just a blank housing now
flex a lite electric fans

transmission:
ati (not ats) torque converter, i may have the only one ever sold but so far has worked great lol
suncoast gmax 5 kit in trans built by myself

fuel system:
mallory comp 140 lift pump with aeromotive boost referenced regulator and kennedy diesel billet pickup

suspension:
belltech lowering keys front, belltech 3" shackles rear
djm drop shocks all 4 corners
cognito braces for pitman and idler arms
eaton e locker

extras:
custom traction bars
reese 5th wheel hitch
custom 2" receiver behind fiberglass roll pan

interior:
dakota digital boost/egt gauge
auto meter drive pressure gauge
pioneer flip screen dvd player
sony xplod 1000 watt amp mounted in the base of the rear seat completely hidden
1 jl audio 10" subwoofer
pioneer door speakers

Thanks for posting the pics here for me! Yes it is 4wd, has an eaton elocker in front. If you leave too hard it spins all four through 3rd and then snaps the axle and flange.........
 
Good luck selling the truck James.. and in marriage. You know you're not supposed to have to sell your toys!

She still rocking the Fleece tank top?
 
Haha she is, just wore it on a bike run last week! I prob will just keep it. Everytime I talk to someone about it she says she doesn't want me to get rid of it. I use my boats a lot more and those are just as expensive so I figured with the wedding coming up i'd cut back some. Hope all is going well for you, looking forward to ts next year we'll have to get together one night maybe some rental car abuse! Lol
