I have a 2004 F350 lariat ZF-6 speed with manual 4x4 and manual hubs. Truck is fully loaded with grey leather, power sunroof, power rear sliding Windows, power and heated front seats.
The 6.0 has 234,000 miles and is stock other then an EGR delete. In the past few hundred miles I've replaced 4 injectors, the ficm, ICP sensor and pigtail, oil cooler, and put 2 new batteries in it. Pads and rotors were also replaced a few hundred miles ago.
The body is in good shape other then a dent in the front bumper and a small crack on top of the passenger side dually flare. Everything is tight and the truck runs and drives excellent.
I planned to swap in a 12 valve but the 6.0 runs great and I just don't have the time for that project with everything else I have going on and traveling for work. I also have a 12 valve engine from a 95 ram that's complete from pump to turbo with less then 63k original miles on it, engine is stock.
