2007.5 6.7 questions

Hey guys, looking at a 6.7 truck with the auto trans. It has a H&S black max and the deletes done along with an edge monitor. It has 250k on it but has been dealer maintained and a 2 owner truck. What should I look for? Sounds like the trans is pretty tough. He of course claims to only use the small tune and says it doesn't have the overdrive tune. Should that be on my list?
Pretty sure I'll look into exhaust and intake. Any other suggestions? Are the miles a problem? I highway drive and tow a car in a 28' trailer. Thanks CompD!!

What's the price on it? Yeah the stock converts slip on the 2 highest tunes. The trans tuning is great
Have the injectors ever been replaced?

16k (diesels are higher priced around me it seems) not sure if the injectors have been done before. If it goes through I will definitely look into the trans tuning
