2012 6-speed auto's

The new dodges don't come with 3.55 gears any more to my understanding. 3.42, 3.73, or 4.10 is what you get, I think, someone chime in on this. The 4.10's are nice. I can run 74 mph at 2000 rpm.

Yep, those are the 3 gearing options. You can get 4.56's, but only in the Power Wagon.

I love my auto.. Granted It is in tow mode 24/7 but I have a 3500 quad cab long box sitting on a carli 3" kit on 35's. I average 18.7 mpg hand calculated. Ive had the truck since march and now have 70000 miles on it with no major issues. I did just have it throw a transmission code last week but I am having the trany serviced monday. I tow all the time. Gooseneck/camper/etc... and never have any issues. I would like to get the transmission unlock for my h and s. It does shift pretty funky at times. But so far so good

In my 07 I have the H&S with the tranny program and it works great. I have 3.73 and 22.5 semi tires on it. It pulls great and I only use 6th on the interstate about 70 mph. Of course those tires are almost 37" tall too.

My new 12 is a CC and has the Aisin in it with 19.5's and it pulls much better in 5th with 4.10's unless you get the RPMS up there. The aisin doesn't seem to like the 70hp tune from H&S, I get a delay between shifts. I'm not sure how it's going to like a lot of HP when it comes out in the 13's HO trucks.
