I am planning on 500 RWHP from my 24-Valve. I put down 396 / 932 a couple of months back.

This is my current plan; 100 HP injectors, Garrett 3782 Stage 1, ARP Studs and AFE or Banks intake manifold. Please tell me if I'm off my rocker.

I appreciate the help.

I wouldn't get a Garrett...also might need bigger injectors then that for 500.

I run a 62/71/14 and a set of Mach 4's and I dynoed over 500hp last fall. Great running combo.

I made 523 hp with a drag comp scheid lightning II's (150 horse injectors) and a HTT 62/65/12

I made 550 with the same injectors and an Adrenaline and a HTT 66/71/13ss

Both of those were on the original so vp that kicked the can a few months after the 550 horse run. The head gasket also let go once I started to bump up the timing on the Adrenaline.

Im doing 200 hp Industrials and either a HT3B or a Garrett TV7512 a edge comp and a hamilton cam. That should get me over 500 right?

Sorry for hijacking.

I need to add there is a built Allison going in the truck in a couple of weeks.

Exducer 82.0mm

Stay away from the 11 holes they crack but I do have 4 that aren't if you want them!

Go big 100s are way to small 200+ are the way to go you can all ways turn them down!

Well that sux. I already bought them from a guy on the board. :bang How do you know when they crack? I guess this is a stupid question, but just another thing to look for when I am haulin a$$ down the road!

I agree with everyone above on the injectors.

A 100 horse stick will probably get you around 425-450. You might flirt with 500 on a really good day but I doubt you will hit those numbers every time.

You will know!! It knocks like a mother. When/if this happens shut the truck off ASAP and hope the tip doesnt break all the way off and ruin a piston, clyinder wall, or head/valves.

So with those 11 hole tips is this common? Wouldn't industrial change the design if it was bad?

100's will put you close. I did 488 with ddp 110's and a 62/71/14 with the juice with attitude. 150's will be perfect.

ive got an 02 and have mach 4's (150hp) tst comp, smarty, edge ez, phat shaft 62 and i hit 522 with 1300 ftlbs. i think i shouldve gotten more power out of it but i couldnt mess with my settings too much on my boxes i only had 3 pulls.

Mine started hazing at idle and just didn't sound right! Cracked 2 ,but the tips stayed on them.

They should, Will they no. They tell you that it will atomize better, makes sense but so does a perforated piece of paper! I don't think they are made to run with high pressure boxes and pumps. They did run good and I did abuse the s**t out of them for a while, but the just don't last.
