275 hp/625 torque..how bout dat. pos truk...disappointed again

a friend of mine put a smarty on his 2nd gen stacked with a drag box,did the same exact thing he called smarty and they had just released the new software.check smarties website and update your software it could be the same problem
 
Whos injectors did you put in it? Did you put new ones in were they used? You should still be above 300 with the sticks and the comp working in EZ mode. Good freind with 100hp sticks and a EZ put down tthe same numbers I did just a little above 300Hp. I've heard of companies messing up and shipping someone a set of stock cores back instead of the sticks they got.
 
I noticed a difference in performance on my comp box from when I bought it so I sent it to Edge and had them update it. When I got it back the difference was crystal clear. Does your box have the hot unlock?
 
My buddy had a comp box that he said never felt very strong. Sent it back to them and when he got it back he said it was a completely different truck. Turns out the box wasn't fueling at all.
 
hmmm..ill be shipping the box off to edge then..easy enuff to check...easier than the vp being bad..but it still made crap for power w/o the comp or smarty...it was almost the same as stk w/o the electronics....

is the vp dyin...yeah the inj were new..and scribed w/the stage 2 on em from bd..

I though stage 2 injectors were 75hp sticks? Usually stage 3 is 100hp, stage 4 is 150 I thought?
 
yeah i can only guess...hard to get a strait answer outta bd. they said they changed thier descriptions of the inj so im goin by what they told me the last time. when ya call em ya git a different guy and he gives ya a different answer..
 
Stage 2's are 50hp. But you should still be making more power than you are making.

if they are i have been seriously misled..650 bucks for 50 hp inj is a bone job. ill be flippin out. the bd people told me they were 100-130.
ill be lookin into that.

I think you better call them & get it straightened out.
