well after adding some schied/hmr 5x25edms and some better .093 lines and moving timing to 28 and a set of cds 5k springs, and a ED S468 got another hook on it.... Its a 215 pump with full cut dvs is all i know for sure, no afc etc, I think either the A1000 isnt keeping up or i need to get pump on bench or could it be wrong gear low 3rd i have nv4500 and 4.10s

Sounds like too low gear...try 4 low should be @11 final...which is prolly a little tall.

I hate 4.10s

Try 2md high? Your really in that point where your kinda screwed with gear choices. 3rd is to slow 4th is to high and the high sidee of the transfer case mean you break more but with the nv4500 and 4.10's thats kinda where your stuck. My Brothers old old truck with just a chip and 3.55 gears could pull off 3rd low. Why are you still falling off the turbo though? Seems like a good diea to go with a gear change so you can pull of 4th low find a nv5600.

not falling off, i clutched to soon at end, not use to new truck yet. so as i felt forwarded movement stop i hit clutch pedal

if ya wanna go that route joe.. i might know a guy that has an NV5600. a friend of a friend is getting ready to pull one out and put in a built auto. ill see if he already has the 6spd gone.

Joe, you'd cheaper and better off to just regear. I've looked at it both ways and did a lot of digging through the winter. ;)

regear is planned but is the rpms in low3rd causing lack of fuel look?

I doubt your gonna make much power with the turbine past 4000. You could try more timing, what kind of cam?

Two things I see are your out of pump for an injector of that size and gearing is killing you. What size exhaust housing on the turbo and what cam?

Guess I took too long to look at the video.

Doesn't seem like its getting enough fuel. With full cuts and 5x25s it ought to smoke a lot more than that. What is your fuel psi at?

stock cam .90 housing 68/83/.90 turbo

mech is right . you really need a pump but then you are gonna overfuel that 68 with those 5x25 pigs. i would get a worked over pump or a 13mm and then drop to a 5x22 injector and run around a 74mm charger slugged to your 2.6. and i also hate 4.10 gears get some 4.88's

no idea, the a1000 is just going into the pump using factory return

We had about the same set up except were running schied 5x19s and a 3.0 schied charger and it smoked a lot more. Also had a fass 180 on it. Like others have said, I think you are out of pump for the size injector you are running.
