Curious about the amsoil thing what did you find out?

install the early style piston coolers along with the newer bolt in ones.

You ever done this? does it cause any oil PSI Problems?

I did it to the first two CR engines I did for myself and ran with them each for at least 3 monthes before I started doing it on all CR engine rebuilds. Never had an oil pressure issue.

So 12v or early 2nd gen rods, what's the best non aftermarket piston for my usage... D.D looking for 750-850hp while using a single charger.

12V rods and SO 24V pistons.

I am curious about what happened with the Amsoil bypass filter too. I have ran them on my trucks for years and never had a problem.
