47RE converter in a 47RH

I believe so. The lock-up function is controlled by the valvebody and I can't think of what else would be different. Hopefully if I'm wrong someone will correct me.
 
If it's an aftermarket one yes no problem, and even if not it should still work. The input shafts and everything are the same, the only real difference between 47RH/RE is that output shaft, tail housing and slight modifications to the VB.
