47re partial lockup

ok i bought an ats stage 2 it came with the wrong electronics in it they sent new ones i swapped them out and the truck would not shift. when i took off the pan i noticed that the gov pressure sensor was hanging so i took and swapped out the part on the valve body where the gov pressure sensor and selenoid are. i used a new one that ats sent me got everything back together and now it shifts through all the gears and it feels like it locks the tc but it only drops 100 rpm. i believe it is partially locked is there anything known to cause this i have been searching and can not find anything on this problem thank you for any ideas

Do you have lockup in 1st gear? If so lock it up, and hit the brakes and see if the truck wants to die.

i believe it does lock in first ill check that when i get back home i am in florida right now trying to get ideas to try when i get back
