47re transmission help ??

have a 47re sonnex and dtt parts fresh rebuild a month ago we can not figure out why its still searching through gears.this has been going on for 3 years off and on we would think we had it then it starts again now first it was 2 to 3rd we got that now its overdrive (rerouted the ground ) still having same results ... changed valve bodies grounds sensors pcm is new anyone have anything else ...if we can't figure it out were are going to stick a manual valve body in it..ive searched all threads and tried everything ..someone else has to have had the same problem

try getting the bd APPS noise isolator and replacing the alternator.. the alternator is sending bad AC signals and the PCM and ECM are picking them up causing it to shift crazy like that. and run extra ground straps to everything. it can never hurt to have as many ground straps as possible!
