47RH won't stay in OD

[Dual EE]

My transmission is shifting in and out of overdrive. I was cruising at 70 mph tonight and it shift out of OD. Going from 2k rpm to 3k rpm. It will then after 5 to 20 seconds shift back into OD. It only did it randomly at first. Now it's doing it so often that I was just keeping it out out of OD with the dash switch.

I should note that it doing this random shifting at all freeway speeds. The trans was also rebuilt about 5k miles ago.

I believe I may have a tranny temp sensor going out. Anyone agree with this?

That will cause the problem, I put a resistor in line to lie to the computer. Low tranny fluid will also cause this problem.
