What size are the fittings going into the heat exchanger? Can the large fittings in the exchanger be removed?

Pretty sure they're -8AN Female fittings. It was either -6AN or -8AN, but something is telling me it is the same size as my aux cooler which is -8AN.

they are number eight SAE and they can be removed from the cooler but I'm not sure what the thread on the other end is,

It's either -8AN or -6AN. Get both if you can to be safe. I know my truck does have -8AN (1/2") lines on it right now and I am pretty sure a -6AN X 1/2" would be hard to find.. Which is why I'm suggesting its -8AN, but it has been over a year since I have replaced the lines so I'm not 100% positive. I won't have my truck until next week either, but I can look at it then to be sure.
