I've got an 06 that has some blow by and has a few miles on it figured its time to do a rebuild mainly because I'd like to push it harder I'm right at 600hp 1300ftlbs. Is there shops that offer long block kits that are performance oriented I'd like to support 850 900 safely. I'm going to be going to compounds I'm sure. I don't think there's a lot I need to do but I wanna be on the safe side. Thanks for the help in advice.

Where are you located? A reputable shop could rebuild your existing block.
 
SW Iowa I plan on doing it myself besides the machine work.

The guys at Midwest Truck Products in Cantril Iowa are down that way and know what they are doing.
