5.9 full ported race head with ZZ side intake. Port work was done by Greg at zz customs head has less then 3k miles on it. The wife wants a more street friendly truck so going to a stock head. This head comes with hamilton dual springs and valves no rockers. Has threaded plugs ready to install.
