sct tuner with id tunes. 40 hp injectors by pesicola diesel. borg fixed vane turbo 62mm.
had 180cc elite diesel injectors. smoked way to much and never really cleaned up when boost came on.. soo... went with the 40hp sticks. still smokes pretty bad, but cleans up better than the 180's. is this typical? (with a fixed vane)
on any tune the turbo makes a hiss when it upshifts into the next gear at all gears. this never happened until i had the smaller injectors installed. any ideas? the tunes were redone for the smaller injectors.
also the transmission shifts to soon from 3rd through overdrive, tried to change shift press & wot, also revs per mile with no changes. any ideas?
the turbo doesnt spool very quick. in the forums that i have read this isnt all that big of a turbo. is it because the transmission is upshifting too soon?
