6.7 Main Injection Timing

I have two question relating to timing on the 6.7. First, I've looked at the timing spreadsheet calculator for determining the % injector pulse before and after TDC. When making a timing table, do you guys look at the percent of injector duration before and after TDC and keep this semi constant in the same conditions? For example, do you tune with %50 PW (random number I picked) before TDC at any WOT situation within an RPM range, say 2500-3000 rpm for argument sake? Basically, I guess what I'm asking it that for max power/cylinder pressure, how important is this number and how do you go about determining the best %PW before and after.

Also, what kind of timing are you guys running for highway cruising at about 2,000 rpm?
