68rfe to g56 swap, harnesses?

Currently own a 07.5 auto and just bought a complete donor 07.5 that is a matching reg cab 4wd so I should have everything for a complete swap, I assume I can just reflash my ecm with a manual efilive tune but what about a harness? My donor had a engine bay fire and I have not got it yet but I assume the harness is different for a neutral safety switch etc.. which is probably damaged. I want my exhaust brake to work and obviously for truck to start. Just trying to get issues worked out before I begin the swap. Can i do wit out the mannual harness? Pics are of donor.

Im not sure if they are the same harness but if you need i know a place that can match up wiring to the harness so they can directly plug in. They do it with my semi trans swaps almost monthly.
