A friend of mine just bought a '00 F-350 to use for his hotshot business and its his first Ford. It has 256k on the truck and 26k on the engine. I don't know a whole lot about these trucks so I need some pointers to pass along. I know these like to eat some component on the clutch but I forgot what it is. On the first start of the day it runs sluggish and lopes when it warms up. The ebpv isn't closed so im leaning towards injectors. I also read that you have to drive the manuals a certain way or you run the risk of engine damage, any truth to this? What about using the ebpv as an exhaust break? If you guys have any other info on these I would appreciate it.
