I bought some new 8 hole nozzles. They also installed it on the injector and also pop tested the to @ 290 bar.

Well I we installed them and now my truck has a slight lope. I have 24 psi on edge attitude display. No radical rpm movements. BUt its loping now. slightly

So any suggestions on how to correct this? they also gave me new copper washers and I removed all my old ones.

24psi on a vp? Check the connecting tubes. My guess is there is a leak somewhere. Alas, 24psi is no bueno.

You have a leak somewhere, check connecting tubes, lines, injectors etc.

When I put my inj in, my truck did the same thing for a bout a week, and it went away.

Regulate down to 15 psi or a lope isn't gonna be your only issue. $.02

i call bs on the no more than 15psi on a vp. on my old 99 duallie that made 713hp i ran 25psi constant for almost 2.5 years with NO pump problems. sounds like injectors to me. whos tips did you buy?

Yep, I keep 20+ at least at idle. It's usually going to pull down to mid teens unless you have an awesome fuel system. I've never has issues with my old setup either that was at 24 psi.

okay when its cold it sets about 18 then when it warms up its about 24. but this is on my edge attitude. I haven't messed with the settings on the air dog 2 165. They pop tested all of them. I don't smell any leaks. but think I hear sucking air inside cab.

premco is the brand of injector nozzles and bosh bodys. The shop installed new seals and popped tested them all. Where is the connecting tubes located? My buddy installed these. I am learning as I go

Personally the only time I've heard a VP lope is with bigger connector tubes or monster pump. Connector tubes are in the head behind the injector line nut.

Check for fuel where the lines go into the head.

I have the same problem with 40 HP injectors from Weston. I replaced the o-rings on the cross tubes, no leaks. It's getting real old to here miss- lope at an idle. And changed nothing else but injectors.

Send them to a reputable injector shop and get them checked.. Its only a few bucks and worth every penny!

you have an air leak somewhere...usually caused by injector tube not seating up properly with the injector.

as for 15psi...

10-20psi is perfectly safe for a VP44

I run 20psi idle and 16psi WOT...haven't had any issues in the 5+ years I have owned the truck.

i will put money its an injector issue. just because you had them checked and calibrated dont mean jack really. if you have a crappy tip design you will have a dirty hot injector and more than likely lope. i have ran almost every injector out there and with a plain old BD 125hp x pulse injector truck loped like crazy. some injectors lope, some dont. just going to have to get use to it.

and people ask on CF all the time "how do I make my truck lope?" you should totally sell those injectors in the classifieds as "lope injectors" :hehe:
