HEHEHE, my wife knows me better than to go along with that. Getting the down payment for the new place is easy, sorta. We have plenty of equity in our current house, but to sell it and then be homelss until we get the new place is going to be a hard one. All would have been good if I hadn't crashed my dirt bike in November and missed two months of work and spent nearly 15 grand on hospital bills.
