I have an "add a turbo" kit that I built. It bolts right up with an hx35 , you don't have to re-rout ac, don't have to flip exhaust manifold, don't have to move trans cooler, don't have to move heater hoses. Just remove air box and battery and bolt it on. Here's what you get..

Air Research T18A40 83/96/1.14 open t6
3" hotpipe with bracket built in
3.5" charge pipe with boots and clamps
Oil feed line with fittings
Oil drain with fitting (you'll need to get your own fitting to weld in pan)
4" downpipe with v band
6" 90* elbow to S&B filter

The t18a40 turbos didn't come with a seal on the exhaust side so if you have a lot of crankcase pressure you'll leak some oil out the turbine . Mine left a few drops overnight but didn't leak while running. I've talked to a few turbo builders and machining a groove for a seal wouldn't be an issue if you wanted to do so.

$1700 obo, it's been on the truck for a few months but probably has 5000 miles on it. 0 exhaust leaks!image.jpg

Also forgot to mention everything was tig welded. All piping, flanges, brackets were all tigged. No mig welds! Let's bump the price down to $1500, I'm ready to start building my next setup!

hx35 and an 83? Whats the drive pressure like with that setup?

Not sure, didn't even run a boost gauge but you can hear the big turbo start singing about 2,000rpm.. The hx35 flange has a big pocket Machined in it and I honestly don't see it being an issue. While I'm here, bump $1200
