91 D350 parts truck dually

No engine or trans, Cummins and Getrag. Truck looks good, but underside is rough. Rockers are gone, brake lines are all rusty, leaf springs are broken and missing, frame is trash. Goosneck ball in bed. I need to keep wheels and tires, so bring your own, or roll on trailer then remove. $900 Located in Milford Ohio
