96 1.9 TDI with intermentant oil pressure drops and no pressure at idle.
replaced oil pump and now I have no oil pressure period. I don't know many specifics about this engine for this is the first and only TDI I have. what specifically drives the pump? plastic,or steel? yes it has enough oil n the pan.
