97 12 valve remodel

you sure you have a dana 80 in the rear? automatic or stick?

Some auto's came with 3/4 d80 in the rear. I am assuming this because Dad's 01' has one. Even had the build sheet pulled to verify I was not crazy. He custom ordered it so I'm not sure how it got in the truck. Has 4:10's and pulls like a tank.
 
to convert the front to a dual wheel all you need is the stock dodge dually spacers. They bolt on to your lugs just like your wheels do now, and the wheel mounting surface is just spaced out.
As for the rear, you can get spacers to put on your single wheel rearend, or you need to get an actual dually rear. If you try to bolt a dually wheel on a single wheel rearend the wheel will hit the drum before the mounting surfaces meet. The dually rearends are a narrower housing but wider from wheel mount surface to wheel mount surface. The extra width is in the drums and hubs
