97 cackle?

Mine always had a weird kind of crackle. Sounded kind of like a pissed off common rail.

The video doesn't really catch the sound very good but you'll get the idea.

Do you have an aftermarket lift pump?

You are pushing too much fuel with the full cuts, ditch them, and get something better...

Adjust your timing...

Get a GSK...

Think i figured out my problem, i blew up my hx40 and i dont think it was pushin as much air as it should have been because i put my 35 back on to drive it and it dont cackle anymore
