97 Dodge 5 speed 215 pump

I got a ATV im looking to get rid of, would be willing to trade plus some cash if you interested!
 
How are the fenders and bed for rust, goosneck hitch or anything in bed hitch ?
 
has a hide away goose neck hitch and their is some rust behind the fender flares on the front fenders
 
If you were on the other side of the country i'd be happy to take it off your hands for ya
