99 ram 3500 ext cab 2wd

Truck currently has valve body removed. Wouldn't shift out of first. Has tear in driver's seat, but nowhere else. Has 286k miles on it. Dash is not cracked, but the trim piece around gauge cluster is. Engine Runs good.
