a few questions on the cummins conversion

im a proud ford owner but im pretty sure im done trying to build it up so im thinking of going with a cummins. im just wanting to know what MAJOR modifications have to be made to get everything in and going. and maybe someone that has done this in a obs stroke can shoot me some tips and parts list! thanks guys all help is appreciated!

ok thanks so really other than motor mounts nothing to fab up unless i want twins lol. but i was still wondering if the drive lines and trans mounts had to be moved and shortened to compensate for the engine?:pop:
 
I used fordcummins mounts I got my rear driveshaft it was about 3" to long. The front driveshaft worked after I put the dodge yoke on it. Hope this helps. The cummins is the best thang I have ever done!!!!!
