Is it hard blocked? how does a block hold 150+psi of boost without cracking?
 
Awesome numbers. I remember when that 11.42 vid in Vegas came out on the net, and everyone was talking high hp #'s, 110+ psi boost. Almost 1300hp on #2 and 150 psi is insane.

It was mentioned earlier, will a dyno fully load that thing, or is it actually not putting everything it's got down? Kick ass either way.
 
Dyno numbers are terrific! When will he get it down the track again to see what it'll do? Image that engine in something very light.....It'd give Banks a tough task of keeping up:hehe: (now awaiting Banks' Cocky "we are the best/fastest/toughest/all things perfect" response)

I remember when that video came out too.. Made a lot of non believers eat their words all of a sudden..

Last time I talked to Richard about one of his runs, he said he wasn't hitting near as much boost on the dyno as he did on the street.. I dunno if that's still true or not. It was quite a while ago.
 
Congrats richard, you worked hard and really deserved it, lets be happy that diesel in general did this :rockwoot:
